Arousal Academy

All citizens and residents of Decadence Island must attend the Arousal Academy. Only after successfully completing their Arousal training, and learning the proper ways to collect and Tribute their Arousal will they be allowed to participate in Cock Hero Battles.

The uncontrolled build up of Arousal Energy from the uninitiated has the adverse affect of attracting the attention of the Darkside forces. Forming a bond with the Darkside, not only with the untrained but also with their opponents.

Besides their completely inept ability to wield their Arousal Energy properly, one clear sign that someone has yet to graduate from the Arousal Academy would be their inability to initiate a Cock Hero Battle for themselves.

Citizens and residents should be wary whenever they are being challenged by the unknown.

Citizens that have yet to graduate from the Arousal Academy will hold the rank of Nymphette. And residents will hold the rank of Goons.
